What to have ready
You don't need anything to call. If you can, a photo of the stain or the damage, roughly how old the roof is, and the date of the storm if there was one will help us give you a faster answer. If you've already filed a claim, have the claim number handy.
What happens next
We'll set a time to come out — usually within a day or two, faster after a storm — get on the roof and in the attic, take photos, and leave you an itemized written price good for 30 days. No deposit is due until you've approved the price and we've scheduled the work.
