How the estimate works
1. Tell us about the job. Tell us what's going on — a stain on the ceiling, missing shingles, a storm date, the age of the roof. You don't need to know what's wrong; that's our job.
2. We come out. An estimator comes out, usually within a day or two and faster after a storm. We get on the roof and in the attic, photograph what we find, and measure the whole roof.
3. You get a written price. You get an itemized written price, good for 30 days, with repair and replacement options laid out honestly. If hail or wind is involved we tell you whether a claim makes sense before you call your carrier.
What's in the price
An estimate from us is itemized so you can compare it line by line: tear-off and haul-off, decking repairs priced per sheet, underlayment and ice-and-water shield, new flashing and pipe boots, ridge and intake ventilation, the permit, daily cleanup with a magnetic nail sweep, and the workmanship warranty in writing. If something isn't on the sheet, it isn't a surprise later.
No obligation
The estimate is free and you are free to get a second one. We'd rather you compare and choose us than feel pushed. The written price is good for 30 days; if you approve it, we schedule the work and no deposit is due before then.
